Rental conditions

Please note the following for car rentals:

You must be at least 21 years old
You must be at least 25 years old to conclude a comprehensive insurance policy.
Valid driver's license (an international driver's license is not required)
Passport
Credit card with sufficient coverage
All reservations must be confirmed by CREDIT CARD CHARGE - AUTHORIZATION FORM.

 

In Conclusion

A rental period always ends after a 24-hour period. You have two hours leeway at the return. After this time, USD 10.00 per hour is charged additionally. If you return the vehicle more than three hours late, an additional day is charged.

If you return the car at a site other than those cited in the "Services", you must pay a fee in line with the offer.

You pay for the car rental and all other services with a credit card when you return the vehicle. On request, we can invoice you in advance.

 

Cancellation conditions

No show or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date: 100%
Cancellation within 2 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50%
No charges if reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation has to be done in written form (mail or fax).
